My Square transactions were not matching up with my sales in QBO. I talked with a live expert (actually multiple experts) and was told that I needed to upgrade to the Square Connector app. I went in and disconnected the original app and went through the steps to get the new app. I keep getting an "oops, it's not available" and try again later. Now I have no app connected and it is still not available. I am supposed to get an email when the issue is fixed, but this has been days, and my square transactions are piling up. Is anyone else dealing with this and have you heard anything about a timeframe?
