You can go to the App settings to review the details or contact our support team for assistance. Our representatives can check this thoroughly and can provide options to stop those Square non-sale entries from importing into QBO.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks account.
- Select the Help (?) menu.
- In the Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human” in the field.
- Enter “Square import," then go to the Contact option.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert
- Get a callback from the next available expert
