I can see the benefit of updating your sub-customers' addresses seamlessly. However, syncing the parent customer and sub-customer details isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as of now.
To help improve your experience with QBO and get this feature considered, I suggest sending feedback to our Product Development Team.
Here's how to send feedback:
- Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
- Type in your comments or product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit.
