Hello there, @versatilelogicin.
I want to ensure this is taken care of. First, may I know what you were trying to do before receiving the error? Any information can help us determine the cause of the problem.
However, if you attempt to re-subscribe to a payroll subscription and encounter a problem, we are currently looking into it. Our engineers are working diligently to fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we can sign out of the account and try again later. If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates regarding the resolution status. You can provide INV-77033 to our representative as your reference.
Here's how:
- Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
- On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
- Enter subscription error code 10003 in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
- Choose I still need a human.
- Select Get help from a human.
- Choose either the Chat with us or Have us call you.
