service status shows active but when I try to complete payroll it tells me to reactivate? My subscription is current.

Payroll subscription alerts will occur if the automatic renewal process wasn't successful or the credit card or bank account on file is outdated, vpg.


We can follow the steps in this article depending on the specific alert you received: Update or Renew Your Subscription.


Then, we can download the latest payroll tax table within QuickBooks:

  1. At the top menu, click Employees and select Get Payroll Updates.
  2. Mark the Download Entire Update box.
  3. Select Download Latest Update.

After that, we can close/reopen the program and process your payroll again.
