sudden multiple invoices missing from the "invoice" tab. only import. All Sales tab if you select multiple invoices, it goes to the regular invoice input. new as of 7/1

USed to be able to upload a csv file for multiple invoices. Now when you go to do it, the system just opens a single new invoice. Was working about 6-7 days ago. Used to be able to select it in the Invoices tab, but that disappeared about 3-4 weeks ago. Now I cant invoice my customers easily SMH

You'll want to ensure that you've costumised and filter the Invoice page display so you see all your invoices, Bo-Orlando.

Please know that the page automatically displays a list of all invoices for the week. With this, let's modify the page display filters, such as Status, Date, Columns, and Rows.

Here's a screenshot for visual reference:

If you're still unable to see the missing invoices, you can check the Audit log to see if someone changed the transactions. Here's:

  1. Go to Settings and select Audit log.
  2. Select the appropriate User, Date, and Events filters.
  3. Locate the transactions.
  4. If you see them, click the View button under the History column.
  5. Under the Event column, you can find all the information needed for the transaction.

On the other hand, this could be a browser-related issue. A stored cache can be the cause of this unusual behavior which interferes with your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can clear your browser's cache and cookies for a fresh start. It can help eliminate unexpected behavior, such as issues with your display preferences. If the problem persists, we can use a different supported browser to narrow down the problem.

Also, would you mind adding more details about why you're unable to invoice your customers? Have you encountered errors? Additional details are much appreciated so we can provide you with an appropriate resolution.

Moreover, we have QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted that are always available to help you with best practices in setting up and making the most out of QBO.

Stay in touch by replying in this thread with any follow-up questions you have about managing invoices or other sales transactions in QBO. I’m here and eager to assist, Bo-Orlando.
