system errors in sick pay

Case # [Removed]

UNACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION

Leaving QB over this.
I was told it is MY responsibility to to keep track of sick pay deducted and make sure the system functions correctly. Tune to the integration that QB did with QB time, sick pay totals were changed inside most every employee acct. So for example if my employee request five hours to be deducted, their resolution was to say I am responsible to make sure that is done correctly within the system and it is my responsibility if it is not. (accts are not accurate against how much sick  they were paid on their pay stub-what the emp sees in QB time is different according to how much I paid out for)

In addition I give 24 hours employee at the beginning of the year of 2021. Record of this transaction for 2021 is not recorded in any of my employees accounts. Since this is California state law, it's looks like on record, inside of QuickBooks like I did not abide by the law since there is no entry of such on Jan 1 2021,

In addition dealing with untrained employees is another reason I am leaving. I can navigate through this by hanging up and getting another. But this is tiresome.

THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
