Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll get a detailed overview of this charge.

 

Before proceeding, I'd recommend logging in first to your Merchant Service Center account to review the invoice payments history.

 

Then, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have full access to your account and can further verify the log made about this charge. They can also determine its main cause to ensure it won't happen again.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select the Chat with us or Have us call you option.
