The Team Member can recover their login credentials with the instructions below:
Helping a Team Member Recover Their Login
- If you're using QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Mange Users. If you're using QuickBooks Online for Accountants, navigate to the Team tab.
- Find the team member's user on the list and verify their e-mail address.
- Have them head to the Intuit Account Management Portal and click I forgot my user ID or password.
