tech support

I am trying to get my QBPOS v19 transferred to a new computer. The software on the new computer is installed. It will not let me open it. It says I  don't have permission to use it in multi-user mode, and it closes on me. how do I fix this? I need it on multi-user mode until all files are transferred. Any help will be appreciated!
