How many others have tried to call the support phone number and are met with frustration? Can you post your suggestions and comments here?
Dear Intuit: Please overhaul the accountant support access. Please take a survey of accountants and general public users, then bring your support access offerings into 2020. I've had QBOA and QBDA accounts for under two years and I call a lot. Each time I call I am dismayed at the poor access I am offered!
1) Launch a dedicated phone number for Accountant Support only. Revise the experience:
2) "Welcome to Intuit: Press or say 1 for QBOA Support; Press or say 2 for QBDA support; Press or say 3 for Sales; Press or say 4 for…"
3) REPLACE THE HOLD MUSIC!
4) "Hold time wait is between * and * minutes: Press or say 1 for soft instrumental music; Press or say 2 for no music while you wait. Thank you for your patience.”
5) Upgrade connections to Accountant Support in the Philippines. Connections are frequently bad and are frequently disconnected. Whenever a call is inadvertently disconnected, the representative should call back at the number in my profile.
6) "Request a call" from within QBOA is a good feature when it works, but it isn't reliable.
To duplicate my favorite telephone customer service experience please listen to Delta Airlines. As a regular flyer, when I call, the pleasant recorded voice says "Welcome Back Wendy, I see you have an upcoming travel plans, is this what you are calling about today?"
I can’t imagine why Intuit would leave this phone access as bad as it is, for both accountants and for general public users. Why is it not a priority? Could it be purposeful in order to naturally reduce the number of callers? Surely not, but this is not a mere minor irritation!
