Hello, @9Pines-Info. I can explain why the Undeposited Fund account isn't showing in QuickBooks' Chart of Accounts and Receive Payments drop-down.
In QuickBooks Online, the Undeposited Funds (UF) account is named Payments to Deposit. This is why it doesn't appear in the Chart of Accounts and Receive Payments sections when you search it. I've attached some screenshots for visual references:


To edit your invoice payment transactions, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Sales menu and then select All Sales.
- From the Type drop-down, choose Money Received.

- Click View/Edit from the Action column.
- In the Deposit To field, select Payments to deposit.
- Hit Save and close.
