The previous bookkeeper has retired and QBO is stopping the uploading of bank transaction. I am the administrator in QBO. I'm using the correct banking log in because there is no problem access the account and paying bills. There is a connection issue.

It sounds like the bank feed connection might need to be refreshed. Try manually updating the connection by going to Banking -> Transactions -> Update in QuickBooks Online. If that doesn’t work, disconnect and reconnect the bank account to refresh the link. Also, check with your bank to ensure no security updates or multi-factor authentication issues are blocking the sync.

Hi PB_25,

When there is a disconnect between your financial institution and QuickBooks Online, you will see it posted here.  While these concerns are being actively investigated, you can manually upload your transactions, so your books remain up-to-date.  If you don't see your specific issue noted on the QuickBooks bank feed status page, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.

Feel free to reach back out, if you have any other questions or concerns.  We would be glad to assist!
