To assist you further, we recommend that you contact our Live Support team so they can review your account and ensure that it's attached to the report. They’ll be able to provide updates and notify you as soon as the issue is resolved. Here's how:
- Click on the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
- Go to the Search tab, and then in the search bar, type "Contact Support."
- Select the Contact Us button.
- Describe your issue, then choose Continue.
- Select either Chat or Callback as your preferred support method.

- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT
- Saturday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT
