I appreciate the server log files you've provided, Champ1322.
As much as I'd like to check this for you and get it resolved, the Community can only provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to QuickBooks-specific questions. There are some issues that only our Intuit Developer can address such as the error you provided.
We have a separate forum where you can talk to other developers, product experts, and engineers about software, API, and developer license issues.
Here's how:
You can check out this link if you have any questions about QuickBooks Online: View all help. This includes all other topics and relevant articles for QuickBooks-related tasks.
Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other QuickBooks concerns. Have a wonderful week ahead.
I also am getting an "Internal Server Error". I was in the middle of getting ready to log a deposit, saw that I needed to make one correction first, hit a button and I got kicked out of QuickBooks and we can't log in under either code on either computer. We both get the same exact Internal Server Error with no access to our books.
The URL is changed to: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/error?errorCode=internalServerError
It will say Try Again to the same avail. Will it automatically clear after a certain amount of time or is there something I can do at this end to clear it and be able to be back at work?
Help!
Hello there, WPD01.
I understand the importance of processing transactions in QuickBooks. However, please note that the Community can only provide solutions related to QuickBooks-specific queries and troubleshooting.
For queries that are exclusive to the Intuit Developer, such as the error you mentioned, only they can provide a resolution. Please check the previous thread above of my colleague as there might be an answer or steps on how to interact with our fellow developers, product experts, and engineers to discuss any software-related, API, or developer license issues that you may encounter.
I also added this article so that you can check and if you have any questions in QuickBooks Online: View all help.
Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other QuickBooks-related concerns. Have a great day ahead!
