To practice or redo training modules in QuickBooks Online Accountant without affecting actual client data, you can use the sample company feature. To do so, here's how:
- Login to your QuickBooks Online Accountant.
- From there, click on the Gear icon.
- Select Sample Company from the dropdown menu to direct you to a sandbox environment.
This is an excellent setting for redoing tasks such as entering payments into Undeposited Funds, especially if previous attempts during training sessions did not go as planned.
Keep in mind that changes in the sample company are not saved, so each session starts fresh. This is ideal for repetitive transaction practice.
