Same problem here, I started the trial and then selected the time app that is part of my plan.

We are becoming aware of a situation of a technical issue going on with Accountants adding QuickBooks Time to their client's QuickBooks Online account. While our team works on this, you'll need the Master Administrator (MMA) of that account to initiate the integration. That should get the connection set up with no problems.

Master Administrator(MMA) is usually the owner of the business who originally created the QuickBooks account. This person has access to every area of the account.
No one can delete or change the master admin's access. If there should be a new master admin, the current one can transfer the role.

We are having the same issue. Master Admin is trying to add application, but the integration is resulting in a 404 error.

Error 404 usually occurs if the communication between the source link and the associated servers is interrupted while using the phone. Any mobile application has storage for data that you can refresh or clear.
If the same error, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to help isolate and fix the issue. You can then proceed with signing into your account through an incognito window. It'll allow you to access QuickBooks without using cookies.

If it works, I suggest you proceed with clearing the cache. There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues when using QuickBooks.
