I am getting the same error. I reached out this week and was able to getting past this error with QBs help. However, the error is back again for approving time. The error did not start until I put in a new option year for the contract we are supporting. It is like the new contract year has some kind of linking issue back to the time keeping portion.

Error 6310 occurs when you export a timesheet marked as billable but haven't selected a customer. That said, ensure a customer is assigned to the billable entries before exporting again.
If the error persists, I recommend contacting our customer support team again. This way, they can instruct you through a screen-sharing tool with the necessary solutions, showing you what settings to adjust to resolve the error code 6310.
