Buy nowTrying to view a deleted transaction on my audit log, but when I click view it won't load, just keeps thinking. How am I able to get the check to populate so I can view it. I can find it on the audit log, and view is blue so I can click on it but then it just keeps giving me the circle of death. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Upon checking here on our system, we have an ongoing investigation about deleted transactions not accessible through the Audit log. Our Engineers are aware of it and are working on a possible fix. We'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can get your details and add you to the list of affected users. This way, once an update is available, you'll receive a notification about it and proceed to troubleshoot your concern.

Thank you for the email. I cleared all my caches, tried to look at it in a new private window and also looked on my phone and it still would not come up. It just keeps thinking and won't pop up the actual transaction.
