Thank you for posting here in the Community, Ashley. I'd be glad to help you turn off the private mode.
To turn off Private Browsing mode, the steps you need to follow depend on the browser you are using.
For Safari, here's how:
- Open Safari on your device.
- Click the Gear icon dropdown and Uncheck for Private Browsing.
For Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Select the New window or close the Incognito tab(s) to exit this mode.
- You can also go back to regular browsing by opening a new tab that is not in Incognito mode.
