TURN OFF WORKFORCE

We can disable your employee's access to QuickBooks Workforce by adjusting their permissions, info-hunter.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Payroll from the left navigation pane, and select Employees.
  2. In the Employees tab, select the worker for whom you want to remove access.
  3. From the Employee's profile, navigate to the Permissions tab.
  4. Click Edit if you want to turn off specific permission granted to the employee and click Save.

  5. To completely remove access, drill down the arrow beside it and click Remove Access.
