We can disable your employee's access to QuickBooks Workforce by adjusting their permissions, info-hunter.
Here's how:
- Click Payroll from the left navigation pane, and select Employees.
- In the Employees tab, select the worker for whom you want to remove access.
- From the Employee's profile, navigate to the Permissions tab.
- Click Edit if you want to turn off specific permission granted to the employee and click Save.


- To completely remove access, drill down the arrow beside it and click Remove Access.
