Two different businesses, do I keep it together?

One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus and Advanced. Otherwise you should open a new account.

Hello there, @useradriana-kordikov.

Yes, @Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct on this!  You can have multiple companies in one QuickBooks Online (QBO) account or email address. Each QBO company you create requires an additional subscription.  For a second (or additional) Company, you will need to sign up for a new QBO account. This means each Company you'll create will have its own subscription.

Here's how to sign up for an additional subscription:

1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/.
2. Choose a version of QuickBooks.
3. On the signup page, select Sign in.
4. Enter your login information and follow the on-screen prompts to set up the second company.
5. And then to log in to your account: http://qbo.intuit.com. You will have the option to select your companies.

Once signed in, you can go ahead and click the Gear icon at the top to Switch Company.

That's it! I'm here if you have follow-up questions on this or anything else! Take care.
