Unable to choose company for QuickBooks Online

I am attempting to enter my payment info into QuickBooks Online for a company I freelance for. I accepted the invitation I received over email, and have logged into my account. However, when I attempt to choose the company I want to use, I get an error that says "Something's not right. Try again later."

 

I have tried:

 

* Logging out and in again

* Using incognito mode

* Switching browsers (from Safari to Chrome)

 

None of this works, and I cannot get paid. What is going on, and how can I get into my account?

Common reasons for login issues is browser problems or selecting the wrong company. Since you've already addressed the former, let's ensure you've chosen the correct company to accept the invitation and process payments.

Here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account 
  2. Select the Help (?) 
  3. Go to the Search section and type your concern in the search bar.
  4. Click on Contact Us and choose a way on how to reach the live expert:
     
  • Callback from a live expert.
  • Schedule an appointment.
  • Chat with an expert.
