I recognize that this isn't an easy process for you, @account1502. I'll provide some insights and ideas to help you sort things out.
Considering the troubleshooting procedures you've taken, I suggest that we use the QuickBooks Desktop repair tool. This enables QBDT to be restored to the installation state without any additional updates.
Before doing so, make sure to create a backup company file. This allows you to easily restore your data in case you run into errors.
Then, here's how to repair QuickBooks:
- Restart your computer.
- Open the Windows Start menu.
- Select the Control Panel.
- Choose Programs and Features, then click on Uninstall a Program.
- Select QuickBooks from the list of programs, then hit Uninstall/Change.
- Click on Continue or Next.
- Select Repair, then Next.
- Once done, click on Finish.
