Unable to fund an invoice with Get Paid Upfront

Is there a reason why I am unable to fund an invoice if I have more than enough credit available?

I've accepted the terms but the "Accept and Submit" button stays disabled.

Unable to fund an invoice with Get Paid Upfront

I'm here to help you successfully fund your invoice using Get Paid Upfront, @mortega927.

To resolve this unusual behavior of the program, let's troubleshoot your browser to isolate if this is a cache-related issue. Please log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito or private browser window using these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, try to use the Get Paid Upfront feature again. If it's successful, clear your browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

If this doesn't work, I would recommend reaching out to our support team for them to further assist you and provide a resolution.

Additionally, you can refer to these articles about the Get Paid Upfront feature.

Using Chrome incognito and clearing my cache did not work. However, opening the same window in Edge revealed two extra checkboxes not visible in Chrome. Not entirely sure why but that's why.

Thank you!
