Unable to log into the app. Doesn’t accept my email over and over.

We are currently experiencing an issue with signing into the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, which is causing the "can't find the email or password" error. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

 

In the meantime, you can log into your account using a web browser to continue using QuickBooks without interruption. I also recommend reaching out to our support team so they can add you as one of the affected users. This way, you will be looped in once the issue is fixed.  To do so, follow the steps below:
 

  1. Navigate to the Help menu on the upper-left corner of your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Search tab and type in Contact us.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.

  4. Choose the Chat or Callback option.
