You need to download and install the QuickBooks Tool hub to help fix common issues specifically, with the PDF getting rejected when being sent to your customer. After opening the QuickBooks Tool hub, you'll need to run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool, here's how:

Once the invoice PDF is sent successfully to your customer, you can now set up automated payment reminders for invoices for invoices in QBDT.

Thanks for the quick response. I've updated the file and resent the invoices. It will take a few days before I get a response. I will update either way. BTW, I sent the invoice PDF to myself and I don't see anyway to check what rev the PDF is. How would someone even know if it's outdated? This is the error I received.
