Since you've already delete and reloaded the app, I'd recommend trying to refresh its data on both devices.
For Android devices:
- Navigate to the Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮
- Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Click YES to confirm.
For iOS devices:
- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Select iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
