I see that upgrading your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro Plus 2021 to the latest one is working best for you rather than going Online. No worries, I'm here to help you upgrade your subscription so you can continue your daily business routines.
Since you don't see any messages to update your subscription, let's change your one-time message prompts option. It will refresh the app system and display a pop-up message to upgrade your subscription.
Here's how:
- Move your cursor to the Edit section and pick Preferences.
- Select General. Then, My Preferences.
- Click the Bring back all one-time messages. Tap, OK.
- Close your QuickBooks and open it again. You'll then see a prompt to upgrade the subscription.
