I am a CPA. I run QB Premier desktop 2017. I have a client whose backup (he runs 2015--it is a qbb file) restores fine on my quickbooks fine---I even have to enter his password. However, my qb freezes during the upgrading function. It only happens with this one client.
Any thoughts / suggestions appreciated!
Debbie
