Good evening, @Anne.
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support.
Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to get this matter resolved. Such as updating your QuickBooks 2022 to the newest release. This way, any new fixes can be included in your QuickBooks. Our engineers release fixes within release updates. I've included some steps below to update your QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Update Now tab.
- Click on Get Updates to start the download.
- When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
- When prompted, accept the option to install the new release.
For additional details about this process, check out Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
If you're still having issues once you're updated, I recommend running a verify on your company file to check for any data damage in the file. If the verify finds any damage in the company file, QuickBooks will prompt you to run a Rebuild. The rebuild will resolve any damage within the file. For more information about running these utilities, check out Rebuild and Verify in QuickBooks Desktop.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'll be here every step of the way. Take care!
