Buy nowCan somebody help me with how to upload a csv to categorize revenue? I have a situation where hundreds of bank transactions are in quickbooks, and I have a spreadsheet that has the P&L category I would like to map those transactions to. eg. Transaction 1 is revenue line item A, transaction 2 is revenue line item B. Total revenue is A + B, but I want to see A and B in the P&L statement. A could be "Product sales" and B could be "Service revenue".
- How does the csv need to be formatted?
- Where do I upload it to?
- What do I need to do in Quickbooks after uploading the csv?

You need to prepare data as Invoice + Receive Payment or only Sales Receipt (if you didn't use Invoice) then use an importer tool proceed. Which one do you prefer to use?
Thanks so much. What would the csv file look like in both scenarios? I'm not sure which is best.
Also what do you mean by importer tool?
Thanks!
Did you use Invoice or not?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no.
