Uploading pictures through QuickBooks mobile

Has anybody been able to upload pictures using QuickBooks mobile to QuickBooks Desktop?
I am able to snap a picture with the mobile app and upload it, but it does not appear in our QuickBooks Desktop document center

Uploading pictures through QuickBooks mobile

I appreciate your efforts in locating the uploaded files from the document center, deckdetail. The file you uploaded using your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Mobile app can be found in the Mobile tab. Let's find this together.

Before we proceed, please know that if you rename or move your folder that contains documents, this will break the connection between the Attached Documents and the company file. First, let's locate the files you've uploaded. If it's certain that it's not there, you can proceed to step 2.

Here's how:

Step 1: Find the uploaded documents from the Mobile tab.

  1. Go to the Company menu.
  2. Click Documents, then choose Doc Center.
  3. View the documents from the Mobile tab.

Step 2: Re-link the Attached Documents

  1. Go to the location where your company file is stored and open the Attach folder.
  2. Rename the folder to correspond with the new name of the company file.
  3. From the QuickBooks Company menu, select Documents then Repair Attached Documents Links.
  4. Select Repair Links.

If there's a folder with the new company file name, you can access this material: QuickBooks Document Center: FAQs and common issues.

Please let me know if you need further assistance, deckdetail. I'll be around to help you further.
