Thanks for posting here in the QuickBooks Community, @gstraka,
There are several ways to open multiple tabs for QuickBooks Online. You no longer have to sign in multiple times for this. See the following options:
- Copy the link and paste it on a new tab.

Duplicate the tab by right clicking on the tab and selecting “Duplicate.”

Right-clicking the menus in QuickBooks and select Open link in new tab or Open link in a new window.
Your browser will automatically open a second window so you can work on different pages at the same time.
