We can refresh both the app and browser to see if the unexpected behaviors are caused by stored cache files.
For the app, you can refresh the system by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Don't worry all the data will still be as is. I also suggest logging into your QuickBooks account through a private browser. This will help us determine if the problem is related to the browser's settings. And, private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
You can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Stored cache files within your regular browser can cause frequently visited sites such as QuickBooks not to work well. If you get the same thing, you can use other supported browsers.
