Here are the steps to restrict a user's access so they only see the reports you choose.
- Click the Gear icon and select Manage users.
- Go to the Roles tab and click Add role.
- Enter a name and description for the role.
- Scroll down to the Reports section.
- Find the Projects category and check the box for access.
- Expand the Projects section to select only the specific reports you want this role to have view access to.
- Click Save.
