Waiting for 3 hours and no response

Payroll didn't process, I have gotten a call from a rep. He sent me a link for the payroll department. I started to chat with a guy there and then he said he was transferring my chat to someone who could help. That was over an hour ago and I still can not get a response from the chat. The "help" button says all reps are off line. Are we going to get an answer or help at all today?

same.    direct deposit payrolls have not processed.  Clients are peeved.   no call center, no online help.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
