Remove their access immediately if they still have it:
Go to Settings → Manage users → Remove or revoke the user.
Change all admin passwords, and ensure multi-factor authentication is turned on.
If they connected a bank feed or third-party app like Amazon or PayPal:
Go to Banking > Linked Accounts and disconnect anything suspicious.
Also go to Apps > My Apps and remove any external apps (especially Amazon, A2X, Payability, etc.).
