Firstly, I would like to ask if what QuickBooks version you're currently using? 

 

Compatibility issues can cause the error you encountered while connecting to the web connector on your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). It could also be because the web connector isn't installed in the same location as the QuickBooks file. 

 

Let's ensure that the location of the web connector is the same as the QuickBooks file. For this to be taken care of accordingly, you can download a web connector again that depends on your QuickBooks Desktop version.

we are using web connector 33.0.1006.28 and intuit QuickBooks Enterprise solutions 23.0 Release R9P (64-bit)

 

and attached the log file .

  1. Go to the Help menu, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, click Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  5. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and hit Continue
  6. Choose whether to chat with us or Have us call you.

here we get the error message as error and didn't specify the   QBWC1012 error any where on 16/02/2024.
 
And I found that QBWC1013 is generated as a error code .
