In the clients needs assessment it say "Approvals". What exactly does that mean? I know it has something to do with apps, but what do i tell my client who asks specifically what it does?

You'll want to check your client's Chart of Accounts to see what transactions they have for Approvals. Based on the screenshot you've provided it seem like an account made.

Thats not what i asked. I just simply asked what is approvals in general. Nothing about chart if accounts
You may need a 3rd party payment service to setup of multiple users and approval workflows to pay bills and expenses.
