You can import PDF files into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using CSV formats. Then, you can sync them in QBO for future use.

You can use a third-party app in QBO by going to the QuickBooks Apps and selecting a service provider to help you safely import your data. From there, enter a keyword to choose the best app that you require. Before clicking the Get App Now button, I would also like to suggest reading your application's information.
