You can reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team via chat or callback. Contacting them through email isn't possible for now. The good news is that you can share your concern here in this thread so I can address them for you immediately.

 

If you want to contact support, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can choose to Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us, then choose a way to connect with support.

 

Our team is open Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

 

 Additionally, you can skim through our self-help articles for more resources while working with QuickBooks in the future. From there, browse the topic you need from account management, advanced accounting, banking, and more.

What is the support email for QBO?

In our business, We have 11 bank accounts out of which 9 are already linked to quickbooks online.

The reason 2 bank accounts are not linked is that they are opened as Sole Proprietor accounts in the name of the owner of the business. As such, bankline does not show them. I asked RBS but they are saying that personal accounts cannot be added to RBS Bankline. However, check with quickbooks online if they can assist?

 

Can you please reply to my company email [email address removed]. I believe this help or support is free of charge and it would not incur any costs to my company.

Let me share some information about connecting your bank to online banking in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Rafiq.

 

Since your two other bank (personal accounts) cannot be added to RBS banking, we can try other versions of your financial institution that are listed:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Click Link account.
  3. Enter the name of your financial institution. When it appears, choose it from the list.
  4. Select the link to go to your bank's website. This opens a new window.
  5. Make sure you can access your account through this site. See if you can view your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
  6. If you can access everything, sign out of the financial institution's website.
  7. Go back and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online.
  8. Continue to add the account to QuickBooks Online.

 

If you have tried all the options matching your bank's name and still can't connect, we can request support from your bank. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Click Link account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  4. If you’re still unable to find your bank, tap Request.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then press Request.

 

Also, you can still be able to download transactions from your bank's website and manually upload them to QBO. To get transactions from your bank, and download them as a CSV file, just follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Just follow your bank's instructions on how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions and save the file somewhere you can easily find it.

 

Once done, follow Steps 3 to 5 to finish the import process into the program in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Furthermore, I'd recommend reconciling your accounts monthly to ensure your books are balanced and accurate.

The problem is that Intuit support does not offer email support. You'll need to ask them to call back or initiate chat support. Another option, use MT Online of one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
