What is wrong with merchant processing.

Quickbooks CC processing went down yesterday for about half an hour which like many other aspects of merchant processing is problematic, but most of today the popup window wont load and we cannot run cards. This is apparently a problem on your side since its the same on all 3 of my workstations and despite re-installing QB on our checkout system, it still has the same problem shown in the image.

The box is stuck at - retrieving card details.

What is wrong with merchant processing.

Currently, engineers are investigating an issue regarding being stuck on the retrieving card details screen when clicking the credit card button (INV-109247). I recommend contacting our Payments Support to be added to the list of affected users and to receive updates on the progress of the investigation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.

        3. Click Contact Us.

        4. Give a brief description of your issue, then click Continue.

        5. Choose a way to connect with us:

  •  Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Select Let's Talk to get a live person.
