Please know that this app offers limited functionality compared to the desktop version. Full payroll set up and advanced employee management need to be done on a web browser (computer).
Since you’re missing the full payroll functions on the mobile app you’ve downloaded, the issue is often related to either your subscription status or login permission.
First, verify your Payroll Subscription. Follow these steps:
- Login to your QBO account using a computer or mobile browser.
- Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account and Settings, then click Billing & Subscriptions on the left menu.
