There are several factors we can check to verify why your contractors haven't received their 1099s.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) states that 1099s filed by mail will be postmarked by January 31st and delivered within 7 business days. Forms filed on January 6th should arrive by February 2nd or 3rd at the latest.
Ensure the recipient's address listed in QBO is accurate and doesn't contain any errors that could delay delivery.
