To clarify, is the Apt 6 a location, additional details, or a custom field? Are you viewing this from the invoice's Edit tab? Whichever its origin, start by clicking right on the Invoice window's Edit company link to review the Company address and Customer-facing address field to see if Apt 6 was included. If it is, ensure to remove it and click Save.
However, if you're not seeing the Apt 6 from the addresses' fields, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, we can determine if the issue is browser-related.
