When I go to an existing invoice and click "duplicate" it creates a new invoice, but instead of having four different revenue items, it is only duplicating the first item

When I go to an existing invoice and click "duplicate" it creates a new invoice, but instead of having four different revenue items, it is only duplicating the first item. This has never happened before. Please fix. It's a bug

  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  4. Select which way you want to connect with us.

    • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

One possible reason you're unable to contact our Live Support team through the Help menu could be that your browser has accumulated too many cached files. After that, restart your browser and log back into your QBSE account to refresh the system.
