When I View/Show invoices, I only see one line for the Description. I want to see all lines without having to scroll one line at a time.

It's a great idea to see all lines without having to scroll, @maur_1011. Below, I'll discuss a few details about this.

Currently, the feature to see all line items for the description without having to scroll is unavailable. Please note that you'll have to scroll down to see the description for every line item.

As a workaround, you can reduce your screen size using the shortcut keys on your keyboard. Here's how:

  1. Press the Ctrl and + (plus) keys together to zoom in.
  2. Press the Ctrl and - (minus) keys together to decrease the scale
  3. Press the Ctrl and 0 (zero) keys together to reset the scale to 100%.

You can also utilize your computer's mouse by holding the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel upward to zoom in or downward to zoom out.

I've added a resource you can browse through on how to receive and process invoice payments when someone pays you in the future: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Stay in touch with me if there's anything else I can help you with managing invoices in QuickBooks. I'll be right here to provide the information that you need.

Ctrl +, Ctrl - does not help!  You still can't see/edit the lines in the DESCRIPTION BOX.  This is unacceptable QuickBooks.  There should not be a workaround, it should just work.  FIX THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
