You can't assign different classes to line items in a transaction if you set the class as "one per transaction" or "One to entire transaction", Jeanne.

To assign another class to each line item in a single transaction, set the class to "One to each row in transaction".

Here's how:

  1. In the Gear icon, choose Account and settings.
  2. Go to Advanced and click the Categories.
  3. From the Assign class dropdown, select One to each row in transaction.
  4. After that, hit Save and Done.
