Your 2025 W-2 forms should now be ready and accessible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Whether you've automated taxes and forms or not, the forms should be available for printing since January 15. 2026.
If I may ask, did you encounter an error message when trying to print your W2 forms? Knowing this would help us provide an accurate resolution.
Also, when you mentioned you've closed the company for Q1 of 2025, did you cancel your QuickBooks payroll subscription? If so, you may need to reactivate your subscription to access year-end forms.
